Approval of Minutes/Agenda Dobratz motioned, Burnside seconded, approved by all. Public Comment None Staff Reports Sustainability Specialist Lindholm reported: Grant from USDA/Urban and Community Forestry to remove EAB infested boulevard trees and replant. SE Richfield census tracts identified for the project due to the Justice40 federal map (Washington Park area). ~$500k for this project. Organic Audits - went well, less than 1% contamination per load. BuzzFest recap (Santwana) good turnout, lots of activities, walks, etc. One opening on the Commission. Will have a youth commissioner, appointed Oct. 10, should be at next meeting. Oct. 11 will be grand opening for bike park at Taft Park. Discussion Items 2023 Workplan No new information. Microplastics Burnside tabled his presentation on microplastics to October. Action Items Bylaws Updates to commission bylaws to align with how the group operates (quorums, role responsibilities) Moved by Burnside, seconded by Thein - all approved.
