The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 5:45 p.m.
Members Present:
Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Susan Rosenberg; Sue Sandahl; Bill Kilian; and
Fred Wroge.
Staff Present:
Steven Devich, City Manager; Pam Dmytrenko, Assistant to City Manager;
Cheryl Krumholz, Recording Secretary; Corrine Thomson, City Attorney;
and John LeFevre, City Attorney.
The City Council met for the purpose of discussion of City of Richfield versus Metropolitan
Airports Commission litigation. The Closed Executive Session is convened pursuant to M. S.
13D.05, subd. 3(b).
