THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE
CITY OF RICHFIELD
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE
OF COMPLETION CERTIFICATES FOR RICHFIELD REDISCOVERED
PROPERTIES AT
7429 DUPONT, 6926 CHICAGO, 7412 FOURTH, 7416 FOURTH AVENUES
AND 2819 WEST 701/2 STREET
WHEREAS, in 1995, the Richfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and
for the City of Richfield, Minnesota (HRA) entered into contracts with Marlin Grant
Homes, Inc. and Rockport Homes, Inc. for the construction of single family homes; and
WHEREAS, the new home locations are as follows: 7429 Dupont, 6926
Chicago, 7412 Fourth, 7416 Fourth Avenues and 2819 West 701!2 Street and;
WHEREAS, the construction is completed at all properties; and
WHEREAS, performance security in the following amounts can be released to
Marlin Grant Homes, Inc.:
7429 Dupont Avenue - $32,000
6926 Chicago Avenue - $24,500
7412 Fourth Avenue - $27,000
7416 Fourth Avenue - $29,000
WHEREAS, performance security in the amount of $30,000 can be released to
Rockport Homes, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Richfield Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
The completion certificates for 7429 Dupont, 6926 Chicago, 7412 Fourth, 7416
Fourth Avenues and 2819 West 701 /2 Street can be issued.
2. The performance security can be released for all properties when the completion
certificates are issued.
