THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND
FOR THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RELATING TO HTC AGREEMENT
FOR 7216 FIRST AVENUE
WHEREAS, on May 22, 1995, the HRA purchased from the owner through
voluntary acquisition the property at 7216 First Avenue, legally described as:
Lot 5, Block 3
Woodale Second Addition; and
WHEREAS, a project has been proposed as a cooperative effort between the
HRA and South Hennepin Technical College (HTC); and
WHEREAS, the property at 7216 First Avenue would be developed with a new
single family home; and
WHEREAS, the Construction Agreement price for the new construction program
will not exceed $77,909; and
WHEREAS, following completion of the new construction work, the property will
be sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority in and for the City of Richfield, Minnesota that the HRA Chairperson and
Executive Director are authorized to enter into a Construction Agreement with HTC for
an amount not to exceed $77,909 for the new construction project at 7216 First
Avenue.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Richfield, Minnesota this 21st day of August 1995.
