1995-545115 HRA RESOLUTION N0.545 RESOLUTION AUTHOR4ZING RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7429 DUPONT AVENUE TO MARLIN GRANT HOMES, INC., AND 2819 WEST 701/2. STREET TO ROCK PORT HOMES INC. IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield Minnesota (HRA) desire to develop certain real property pursuant to and in furtherance of-the Richfield Rediscovered Program redevelopment Project (Project) hereto adopted by the City of Richfield (City) and the HRA, said real property being described as follows: Pr°gertv Leaal Description 7429 Dupont Avenue Lot 17, and the South 1 /2 of Lot 1 S, Block 13, Irwin Shores, Hennepin County 2819 West 701 /2 Street The East 70 feet of North 135 feet, Lot 26 Sabin Lake Harriet Garden Lots, Hennepin County WHEREAS, the HRA is authorized to sell real property within its area of operation after public hearing; ;and WHEREAS, a developer, Marlin Grant Homes, Inc. has been identified as the purchaser of the described property at 7429 Dupont Avenue and Rock Port Homes Inc. has been identified as the purchaser of the described property at 2819 West 701 /2 Street, in accordance with a development agreements; and WHEREAS, the public hearing has been held after proper public notice; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has made a finding that the disposition of the property for residential purposes is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Richfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority: 1. A public hearing has be held and 7429 Dupont Avenue is authorized to be sold to Marlin Grant Homes, Inc. 2. A public hearing has been held and 2819 West 701/2 Street is authorized to be~ sold to Rock Port Homes Inc. 3. The purchase price for 7429 Dupont Avenue is $32,000.
