THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE
CITY OF RICHFIELD
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE
OF A COMPLETION CERTIFICATE FOR THE RICHFIELD REDISCOVERED
PROPERTY AT
6236 PLEASANT AVENUE
WHEREAS, on September 19, 1994, the Richfield Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota {HRA) entered into contracts with The Twin Cities
Habitat for Humanity for the construction of single family homes;
and
WHEREAS, the new home is located at 6236 Pleasant Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, staff will verify by visual inspection that
construction and all development requirements are completed at
6236 Pleasant Avenue; and
WHEREAS, performance security in the amount of 520,000 will
be released to Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, Inc. upon sale
to the homeowner in accordance with the development agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Richfield Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota that:
1. Upon verification of completion by staff, a completion
certificate shall be issued for 6236 Pleasant Avenue.
2. The performance security can be released when the completion
certificate is issued and the homeowner has purchased the
property.
