HRA RESOLUTION NO. 507
THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND
FOR THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RELATING TO HTC AGREEMENT FOR
7021 NICOLLET AVENUE
WHEREAS, on March 29, 1993, the HRA purchased from HUD the
property at 7021 Nicollet Avenue, legally described as attached;
and
WHEREAS, a project has been proposed as a cooperative effort
between the HRA and South Hennepin Technical College (HTC); and
WHEREAS, the property at 7021 Nicollet Avenue would be
developed with a new single family home; and
WHEREAS, the Construction Agreement price for the new
construction program will not exceed $82,400; and
WHEREAS, following completion of the new construction work,
the property will be sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota that. the HRA Chairperson and Executive Director are
authorized to:
Enter into a Construction Agreement with HTC for an amount
not to exceed 582,400 for the new construction project at 7021
Nicollet Avenue South.

range, distant 330.60 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof said point
being in the center line of Nicollet Avenue thence South aloa~g said West line
59.5 feet, thence East 166.38 feet to a point 389.96 feet South of North line
of said Northwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4; thence North 59.5 feet to a point
which is 166.39 feet East of point of beginning; thence West to point of
beginning, according to the U. S. Government Survey thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
