THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE
CITY OF RICHFIELD
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF A COMPLETION CERTIFICATE
FOR THE TRANSFORMATION HOUSING PROGRAM PROPERTY
AT 6500 JAMES AVENUE
WHEREAS, in August 1993, the Richfield Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota (HRA) entered into contracts with Quam, Sumnicht, and
Associated (QSA) for the remodeling of a single family home; and
WHEREAS, the home location is as follows:
6500 James; and
WHEREAS, staff will verify by visual inspection that
construction is completed at 6500 James Avenue; and
WHEREAS, performance security in the amount of $45,700 can
be released to Quam, Sumnicht and Associates (QSA) upon
verification of completion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota that:
1. Upon verification of completion by staff, a completion
certificate shall be issued for 6500 James.
2. The performance security can be released when the completion
certificate is issued.
