HRA RESOLUTION NO. 364
THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, IN AND FOR THE
CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RELATING TO AUTHORIZING A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR RAE DRIVE TOWNHOMES
WHEREAS, The Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for
the City of Richfield, Minnesota (HRA) entered into an Agreement
with George E. Branton Construction Company (Developer), dated
January 14, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement obligated the Developer to construct
certain improvements to property as identified in that Agreement;
and
WHEREAS, Article IV of the Agreement requires the HRA to
furnish a Certificate of Completion upon completion of
construction; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement establishes the form for the
Certificate of Completion in Exhibit E-2; and
WHEREAS, staff has verified that construction has been
completed in accordance with the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota; as follows:
That the Chair and Executive Director are directed to execute and
arrange for the proper disposition of the Certificate of
Completion.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopmen Authority in and for the City of
Richfield this 16th day of October, 1989.
