HRA RESOLUTION NO. 291
7508 Colfax Avenue South
WHEREAS. the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) in
and for the City of Richfield has considered the status of
property at 7508 Colfax; and
WHEREAS, the property was to be developed with a single
family home based on a development agreement containing certain
requirements; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the requirements of the
development agreement have been met, provided that the actual
closing occurs between the developer, George E. Branton
Construction Company and the qualified buyer; ;and
WHEREAS, the HRA is required by the development agreement to
provide a Certificate of Completion and other supporting
documents for the closing to occur.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
That the Chairperson and Executive Director are authorized
to execute the Certificate of Completion and other required
support documents to facilitate closing.
