RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH
SOUTH HENNEPIN VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL CENTER. (VO-TECH)
WHEREAS, the HRA acquired the real property at 7245 Humboldt
Ave. South, legally described as:
Lot 10 and 11, Block 5 Irwin Shores except that part
taken far U. S. Interstate 35W
Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the HRA owned structure at 1016 W. 66th Street has
been found to be practical by Vo-Tech for relocation to the
7245 Humboldt Ave. So. property and rehabilitation to a 3
bedroom, 2 bathroom home; and
WHEREAS, the contract price for the rehabilitation of the
structure will not exceed $54,102.14; and
WHEREAS, the method of mortgage financing will continue to
provide homes to moderate income families.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. That the HRA Chairman and Executive Director are
authorized to enter into a contract with Vo-Tech for an
amount not to exceed $54,102.14 for the housing
rehabilitation project to be completed at 7245 Humboldt
Avenue South.
