RESOLUTION APPORTIONING JUST
COMPENSATION - GODFATHER
RESTAURANT SITE
AREAS, on May 14, 1984 the Authority did by resolution,
a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, establish
just compensation for. the property therein described; and
WHEREAS, on March 26, 1984 the Authority did by resolution,
a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, authorize
and determine the need for the acquisition of title to and
possession of the lands described therein prior to the award
of court-appointed commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the Authority has been informed that its early
acquisition of title and possession may be limited to a
portion of the property described in Exhibits A and B, which
is depicted in attached Exhibit C; and
WHEREAS, the Authority has requested that its appraisal
consultant apportion the just compensation between such portion
of the property and the remainder of the property described in
Exhibits A and B; and
WHEREAS, the Authority has received and reviewed such
apportionment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota that the apportionment of the approved appraisal
of value to the portion of the property described in
Exhibit D is $142,000.
Passed by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and
for the City of Richfield this 9th day of July, 1984.
