HRA RESOLUTION N0. 244
Resolution Authorizing the Aequsition of
910 West 66th Street
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) in
and for the City of Richfield does acquire property and relocate
and rehabilitate structures for residential purposes; and
WHEREAS, the HRA desires to acquire the real property at 910
West 66th Street, legally described as:
Lot 7, Rae Addition, Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the owners, David and Jeanette Elasky, have
volunteered to sell their property for $67,500; and
WHEREAS, the HRA has authorized the purchase of $67,500 by a
motion, March 19, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commissioon has found the acquisition
of these parcels for residential purposes to be consistent with
the Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds will
finance the acquisition of these parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota: '
That the HRA Chairman and Executive Director are authorized
to take necessary action to purchase the property located at
910 West 66th Street .for $67,500 utilizing CDBG funds.
Passed by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for
the City of Richfield this 21st day of~ May, 1984.
