HRA RESOLUTION NO 201
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF OPTION CONTRACTS BETWEEN INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 28Q AND THE HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA, FOR
THE PURCHASE OF ALL AND THE SUBSEQUENT
RESALE OF THE EAST HALF OF LINCOLN
HILLS SCHOOL SITE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined to be in the public interest
and furtherance of the objects and purposes of the Authority
to enter into a proposed contract entitled "Option Contract
Between Independent School District No. 280, Hennepin County,
Minnesota and Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for
the City of Richfield, Minnesota".
2. The chairman and executive director are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such contract, substantially
in the form presented at this meeting, for and in behalf of
the Authority and the chairman, executive director and other
appropriate officers, agents and employees of the Authority
are hereby authorized and directed to take such other and
further actions as may be necessary to perform and give
effect to the provisions of such contract.
3. A proposed option contract between the Authority
and Lincoln Hills Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation,
entitled "Option", is hereby determined to be in the public
interest and in.-furtherance of the objects and purposes of
the Authority.
4. The chairman and executive director are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such contract, substantially
in the form presented at this meeting, for and in behalf of
the Authority and the chairman, executive director and other
appropriate officers, agents and employees of the Authority
are hereby authorized and directed to take such other and.
further actions as may be necessary to perform and give
effect to the provisions of such contract.
Passed by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City
of Richfield this 28th day of June, 1982.
