RESOLUTION NO. 184
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING JUST COMPENSATION
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for
the .City of Richfield has authorized the acquisition by eminent
domain of the tract of land described in Exhibit A which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set out at
this point; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority has caused
an appraisal of the property described in Exhibit A tca be made
appraising the market value of the real es•cate; and

WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority finds such
appraisal to be made in a competent manner and in accordance with
applicable law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority in and for the City of Richfield that the fair market
value and just compensation for the lands described in Exhibit A,
based upon the approved appraisal of value is $150,000.00.
Passed by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for
the City of Richfield this 16th day of November, 1981.

Exhibit A
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Lots 6 and 7, Block 3, Lyndale Shores on Wood Lake and that part
of Lot 8, Block 3, Lyndale Shores on Wood Lake described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 8;
thence North 30 feet along the West line of
-said lot; thence Southeasterly 50 feet more or
less on a straight line to a point on the
South line of said lot which is 40 feet from
the Southwest corner thereof; and thence 40
feet along the South line of said lot to the
Southwest corner thereof and the point of
beginning, according to the plat thereof on
file or on record in the office of the Registrar
of Titles in and for Hennepin County.
