1981-161., .~:i ~. ~..J < v 4 RESOLUTION 161 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING JUST COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN~REAL PROPERTY .(ADAMS PRO~,ERTY) • WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) and the City of Richfield (City) have both authorized the acquisition by eminent domain of part of the tract of land described in s,,J->;- '.Exhibit A which is attached. herewith andmade a part hereof as if ~``~~ s;_ fully set out at this point; and WHEREAS, the HRA and City have further determined to proceed jointly in one condemnation. action seeking to acquire thereby the property in which each is interested as a unified parcel; and WHEREAS, the HRA and the City have caused appraisals of the property described in Exhibit A to be made appraising the market value of the real estate. Such appraisals have been fully and carefully considered by the HRA. Such appraisals appear to have been performed in a competent manner and in accordance with appli- cable law; 38 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Richfield, Minnesota, that the fair market value and just compensation for the lands described in Exhibit A is $175,000.
