RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
CONVEYANCE OF LAND TO THE
CITY OF RICHFIELD
WHEREAS, The Housing and Redevelopment Authority in
Richfield, Minnesota is-the owner of that tract of land
being and lying. within the City bf Richf field and situated
upon land legally-described as:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Heyman Addition, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Housing and Redevel-
opment Authority to transfer Lots 2 and 3 thereof to the City
of Richfield,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority ~of Richffield, Minnesota as follows:
1. The Authority shall-transfer and convey to the
City of Richfield title to the following
described property.:-
Lots 2 and 3, Heyman Addition according to the plat
thereof on-file and on record in the office of the
Hennepin County Register of Titles.
2. The Executive Director, Authority. Chairman and
Authority staff are directed and authorized to take
all steps necessary to accomplish. such conveyance:
Passed by the Richffield Housing and Redevelopment
Authority Commissioners this 26th day of February, 1979.
