REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT ,

t';HERE9S, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Richfield
,, _- (HRA) proposes to purchase certain real property pursuant to and in
- furtherance of the ~~I'ew Home Frogram, heretofore being described as
- Lot 2, Block 2, Wooddale Second Addition, Hennepin Count~T, '~tiJ,
`~~"¢``~~~~°~'=`~ 7104 Second Avenue South; and

SYHEREAS, the HRA has caused appraisals o.f the subject property
to be made and has carefully considered such appraisals; and

WHEREAS, the HRA is authorized by 'ainnesota Statutes, Section
462.445 to purchase real property; and
WHEREAS, the HRA has instructed the Executive Director to
_ commence negotiations for the purchase of the read: property described-
- ~ above;
WHEREAS, the negotiations for the real property .described in
the above agreement have resulted in the execution of a purchase
="~` agreement by the owner;
N0~`J,,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
`, Authority that the Executive Director is authorized to execute the
-'~~'~ urchase agreement and to purchase the above-described property
