1978-91...- HRA RESOLUTION NO. 91 f 0 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY AND IMMOVABLE FIXTURES 400 WEST 66TH STREET 100 WHEREAS, .the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Richfield (HRA) proposed to purchase certain real property and immovable fix- tures as identified by the fixture appraiser, pursuant to and in furtherance of the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Redevelopment Project, here- tofore adopted by the City of Richfield (the "City") and the HRA, said real property being described as Lot 8, Block 4, J. N. Hauser's Second Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, 400 West`66th Street, medical offices; and ~. WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority has caused appraisals of subject property to be made and has carefully consid- ered .such appraisals; and WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority is authorized by Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.445 to purchase real property and immovable fixtures; and WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority has instructed the Executive Director and the HRA's Attorney to commence negotiat- ions for the purchase of the real property described above and for immovable fixtures; and WHEREAS, the negotiations for the real property and immovable fixtures described in the above agreement have resulted in the exe- cution of a purchase agreement by the owners; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority that the Executive Director is authorized to execute the purchase agreement and to purchase the above-described property for $89,569.00.
