1978-89r HRA RESOLUTION NO. 89 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY AND IMDIOVABLE FIXTURES 6531 LYNDALE AVENUE SOUTH 97 ~'~nfiHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Rich- field (HRA) proposed to purchase certain real property and immovable fixtures as identified by the fixture appraiser, pursuant to .and in furtherance of the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Redevelopment Project, here- tofore adopted by the City of Richfield (the "City") and the HRA, said real property being described as that part of Lot 9 lyincr North of the South 140 feet thereof and South of the North 2.78.45 feet thereof; also the North 117.56 feet of Lot 10, Block 4, J. N.
