RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF~~
REAL PROPERTY AT 6521 LYNDALE AVENUE SOUTH
WHEREAS, tYi a Housing and Redevelopment" Authority of Richfield (HRA.)
. proposes to purchase certain real property pursuant to and in furtherance
_of.the.Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Redevelopment Project', heretofore adopted
by-the City of Richfield (the "City") and the HRA, said real property being
described as The South ~~,45 feet of the North 270.45 feet_of Lot 9,
Block 4, J. N. Hawser's Second `Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Housing .and Redevelopment Authority has caused appraisals
of subject property to be made and has carefully 'considered such
appraisals; and

' WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority is autharized by
Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.445 to purchase real property; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority has instructed the
Executive Director and the HRA's Attorney to commence negotiations for
the purchase of the real property described above; and
WHEREAS, the negotiations. for the ecution ofraypurchase~agreement

NOW,~THEREFORE, BE IT.RESOLVED~by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
of Richfield that the Executive Director is authorized to execute the
purchase agreement and to purchasE_the .above-described property for
$161,250,.
