~~AS, the Housing and Redevelopment:Authority of Richfield has
authorized the sale o.f certain-real property, pursuant to and .in
furtherance of the Home Rehabilitation Program heretofore adopted by
the City of Richfield and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority;
said deal property being described'as follows: .

WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Richfield
authorized the acceptance of proposals for the purcl~ase,,of the above
described propertytiy Resolution No. 38 on July 25 , 1977, and
WHEREAS, a proposal was received through the assistance of
Marv Anderson Realty from Ms. Linda Pratt in the amount. of $42,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of Richfield,. that the above described proposal is hereby
accepted and-the Executive Director is authorized to sell the above
described property in accordance with said proposal.
Passed by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of
Richfield. this 9th day of January, 1978.
