HRA RESOLUTION N0. 71
'RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6532 GRAND AVENUE SOUTH
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment~Authority of Richfield (HRA)
proposes to purchase certain real property pursuant to and in further-- .
ante of t}ie Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Redevelopment Project, heretofore' ,
adopted by'~the City of Richfield. (the "City") and the HRA, said .
real property being described as Lot 6, B1ocY. 4, J..N.~ Hauser's
- second Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; 65.32 Grand Avenue South;
and
WHEREAS, the Housing and~Redevelopment Authority has caused
appraisals of subject property to be made and has carefully considered
such appraisals; and

WIiEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority is authorized
by Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.445 to purchase real property; and
WHEREAS, the Iiousing and Redevelopment Authorit;y~~as instructed
the Executive Director and the~HRA's Attorney to commence negotiations
for the purchase of the real•property described above;~and
WHEREAS, the negotiations for the real property described in the
above agreement have resulted in the execution of a purchase agreement
by the owner (s) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority that the Executive Director is authorized to~execute the
purchase agreement and to purchase the above-described property
for $48,500.. .
