HRA RESOLUTION NO. 69
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RESALE OF
REAL PROPERTY
AT 7308 PORTLAND AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Richfield
has authorized the sale of certain real property, pursuant to and
in furtherance of the New Home Program heretofore adopted by the
City of Richfield and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority,
said real property being described as follows: Lot 3, Block 1,
Blair's Wooddale Third Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota., 7308
Portland Avenue South; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority authorized
the acceptance of proposals for the purchase of the above-
described property from the HRA on August 8, 1977; and
WHEREAS, a proposal was received for. Lot 3, Block 1,
B1air's Wooddale Third Addition from Dennis Mattson Company
in the amount of $8,650;
~iOtnT; THLF.EFvRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of Richfield that the above-described proposal is hereby
accepted and the Executive Director is authorized to sell the
above-described property in accordance with said proposals.
Passed by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of
Richfield this 24th day of October . 977
