RESOLUTTON.REGARDTNG REHABILITATION GUIDELINES
. ~7kIEREAS, the HRA deems it necessary to change the Rehabilitation
guidelines to provide direct grants for low and moderate income families,
and
WHEREAS, the direct grants wi11 be for rehabilitation of structural
or utility damage caused from the August 30, 1977, rainstorm, and
WHEREAS, $24,000 will be established far direct grants.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED that the Housing and Redevelopment
Au*hority of the City of Richfield, in accordance with the amended
Community Development Plan, implement 'a program of direct grants to a
maximum $1,000 each for iow and moderate income. families for structural
rehabilitation of owner occupied homes with priority given to homes
damaged by the August 30, 1977, rainstrom.
Passed by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of
Richfield, this 19th day of September, 1977.
