HRA RESOLUTION NO. 57
' ~ RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RESALE OF
REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Richfield
has authorized the sale of certain real property, pursuant to
and in furtherance of the New Home Program heretofore adopted
by the City of Richfield and the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority, said real property-being described as follows:
Lot 14 , Block 6 , Girard Parkview Addition (6429 ISth) ;and
Lot 10, Block 1, Tingdale Brothers Lincoln Hills - ,•
Third Addition (6809 queen) ; and
Lot 22, Block 15, Tingdale Brothers Lincoln Hills
Third Addition-(6909 Russell);
and
• WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority authorized
the acceptance. of proposals for the purchase of the above-
described property from the HRA on July 25, 1977; and
WHEREAS, a proposal was received for Lot 10, Block 1, .Tingdale
Brothers Lincoln Hills Third Addition from James Hart in the
- -amount of $9,600; and
WHEREAS, a proposal was received for Lot 22, Block 15, Tingdale
- Brothers Lincoln Hills Third Addition from Robert Oxendale in .
the amount of $8,500; and -
WHEREAS, a proposal was received for Lot 14, Block 6, Girard
Parkview Addition from Loyal Thompson for $9,350;
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment-
Authority of Richfield that the-above-described proposals are hereby
accepted a:id the Executive Director is authorized to sell the
above-described property in accordance with said proposals.
