RESOLUTION N0. 33
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE K-MART PROJECT
WITHIN THE LHN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
WAS, Financial Properties Developers, Tnc. (the "Developer")
proposes to acquire and develop certain lands of the HRA in the LHN
Redevelopment Project Area for the construction of a K-Mart Department
Store (the "Project"),and
WHEREAS, the proposal is a reasonable one and is consistent with
the Redevelopment Plan for the Project Area.
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HRA OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD,
MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The form of the Development Contract between the HRA
and the Developer is approved.
2. The Chairman and Executive Director axe authorized and
directed to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the Authority.
