1977-3033 RESOLI~ION N0. 30 . ~ RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE IN LYNDALE/HUB/NICOLLET COMMERCIAL AREA STUDY NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA: 1. That the boundaries of the area scheduled for acquisition for a promotional department store, as designated on Exhibit III-6 of the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Commercial Area Study adopted by said Authority, be changed to include Lot 4, Block 3, J. N. Hausers Second Addition; the vacated right-of-way for Grand. Avenue South between West 66th. Street and West 65th Street; and the westerly 10 feet of Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 3, ,J. N. Hausers Second Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and 2. That this change is necessary in order to provide suitable space for the proposed K-Mart development by Financial Properties ' Developers, Inc.; and 3. That said Authority has determined that this change does not alter or affect the exterior boundaries of the Lyndale/Hub/ Nicollet Project Area and does not substantially alter or affect the general land uses established in the Lyndale/Hub/ Nicollet Development Plan, which Plan is included in the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Commercial Area Study.
