RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF
REAL PROPERTY AND IMMOVABLE
FIXTURES AT 6809 QUEEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority is authorized by
Minnesota~Statutes, Section 462.445 to purchase real property; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority has instructed the
Executive Director and the HRA's Attorney to commence negotiations for the
purchase of the real property described above and for immovable fixtures; and
WHEREAS, the negotiations for the real property and immovable fixtures
described in the above agreement have resulted in the execution of a purchase
agreement by the owner(s);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Richfield Housing and
Redevelopment Authority that the Executive Director is hereby authorized- to
. execute tt•~e purchase agreement, to purchase the above-described property,
' and to proceed with site clearance and resale of the land.
