RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE. HOUSING
REI-1ABILITATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS,.. the Housing-and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield
requested the staff to look into a rehabilitation program, and
WHEREAS, a study conducted by the Metropolitan Council indicates a need
in Richfield. for a rehabilitation program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
of the City of Richfield orders the preparation of a xehabilitation plan
and the negotiation. of agreements to implement the flan.
