WHEREAS, United National Corporation, owners of property,

WHEREAS, United~National Corporation has requested the Richfield
Housing and Redevelopment Authority to amend the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet
Redevelopment Plan, and
WHEREAS, it is .the findings of the Authority that the proposed
amendment, will not significantly alter the project area boundary,
use or intensityo
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of Richfield amends the Redevelopment Plan and authorizes
the Executive Director to transmit. the amendment to -the County Auditor.
