Dear Commissioners:
Attached is a revised agenda for the Civil Service Commission meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 14, 2010.
An item has been added (certification of Police Sergeant Eligible Register). IF the final scores are received from PDI in time, we would like to get certification at the same meeting
that Fire has scheduled. This would eliminate the necessity of having to schedule another meeting for, possibly, 12/21/10. Certification of the list would not take much time, so we’d
like to place it at the beginning of the meeting as it is anticipated that the Fire discussions might take longer to go through. There is a chance that the final scores won’t be available
in time to prepare the list for presentation to the Commission. If this happens, there will be no need to change the agenda prepared for 12/14/2010.
