The primary intent of the evening’s meeting was to elect officers for 2025. David Gepner remarked on how well the roll call was handled by the current president, Bill Bullock, and asked that his name be proposed for reelection. That request was seconded by Gordon Vizecky. There was an appeal for other nominees, but none were put forward during the prerequisite “three asks”.
Gordan Vizecky nominated Reed Bornholdt to continue as vice president and there were no other nominees. It was proposed that the current secretary David continue in that office. When asked if there were other nominees Larry Ernster submitted his name. When the decisive vote was taken the commissioners preferred Gepner. The slate of officers was then affirmed by the members
present.
The President thanked the participants for their attendance in braving the frigid temperatures of one of Minnesota’s coldest evenings before adjourning the meeting at 7:10.
Respectfully submitted,
David Gepner Secretary
