Meeting Minutes
April 2, 2024
Present: David Gepner, Reed Bornholdt, David Lamberger, Brandt Krueger, Rori

Absent: Lisa Rudolph, Sidney Rehwaldt, Michelle Dowell, Sue Sandahl, Ken Severson

Guests: Chris Swanson, City Attorney Mary Tietjen
The meeting was called to order by Vice President Reed Bornholdt at 6:00 pm. He
welcomed the new appointees and announced that Martin Kirsch had submitted his
resignation from the Charter Commission. After the attendance was called, he asked all
members present to introduce themselves.
Old Business
Minutes from the meeting of December 5 2023 were reviewed. A motion to approve was
made by Gordon Vizecky and seconded by David Lamberger to approve as written. The
motion was approved.
New Business
Gordon Vizecky announced and moved the nomination committee’s slate of board
candidates with Bill Bullock as President of the Commission, Reed Bornholdt as Vice
President and David Gepner as Secretary. That motion was seconded by David
Lamberger. The motion carried. Vizecky then moved to close nominations, seconded by
Brandt Krueger. That motion passed. Vizecky then moved the above slate of candidates,
seconded by Sarah Musgrave.
Larry Ernster took a few minutes to share his thoughts that will possibly be further
discussed at a future meeting.
Adjournment by consensus was at 7:15.
