The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 2:15 p.m.
Members Present:
Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Susan Rosenberg; Sue Sandahl; Bill Kilian; and
Fred Wrage.
Staff Present:
Steven Devich, City Manager.
The City Council met for the purpose of conducting an annual performance evaluation of
City Manager Devich. The Closed Executive Session is convened pursuant to M. S. 13D.05, subd.
3(a).
