Present: Thomas Harms; Vern Luettinger; Michael Sandahl; and Russ Susag.
HRA Members
Not Present: Joan Helmberger.
Staff Present : James Prosser, Executive Director; Thomas Ferber, City Clerk; and
Bruce Nordquist, Housing Supervisor; and John Dean, City Attorney.
Executive Director Prosser reviewed HRA Letter No. 37 regarding the proposed sale
of the property at 7636 Third Avenue to Rockport Homes Inc. for $26,000. He stated
Rockport Homes, Inc. plans to build a $120,000 three bedroom home on this site.
M/Susag, S/Luettinger to close the public hearing.
M/Sandahl, S/Luettinger that the following HRA resolution be adopted. that it be
spread in the HRA resolution book and that it be made part of these minutes:

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT
7636 THIRD AVENUE TO ROCKPORT HOMES, INC. IN ACCORDANCE
WITH A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
Motion carried 4-0. This resolution appears as HRA Resolution No. 585 in HRA
Resolution Book No. 5.
Executive Director Prosser reviewed HRA Letter No. 38 regarding a proposed
resolution authorizing eminent domain proceedings to acquire the property located at 7520
Portland Avenue for inclusion in the Richfield Rediscovered Program.
Chairperson Harms suggested that staff also explore the °deed in lieu off' process to
acquire the property from the mortgage company.
