Executive Director Prosser reviewed HRA Letter No. 28 regarding consideration of a
resolution authorizing the sale of the Richfield Rediscovered property at 7424 Fifth Avenue to
builder Marlin Grant Homes, Inc. and cancellation of the scheduled public hearing for sale of
6837 Logan Avenue which was continued ftom May~20, 1996.

Motion tamed 3-0.
M/Harms, S/Sandahl to cancel the public hearing for the sale of 6837 Logan Avenue.
that the following HRA resolution be adopfgd, that it be spread in the HRA resolution book
and that it be made Hart of these minutes:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 7424 FIFTH AVENUE TO MARLIN GRANT HOMES, INC.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
Motion carried 3-0. This resolution appears as HRA Resolution No. 584 in HRA
Resolution BooK No. 5.
