The meeting was called to order at 11:40 a.m. at the Emerson Avenue Congregational
Church, 7701 Emerson Avenue.
HRA Members Present: Joan Helmberger, Vern Luettinger, and Michael Sandahl.
HRA Members
Not Present: Thomas Harms and Russ Susag.
Staff Present: Thomas Ferber, City Clerk; Bruce Palmborg, Community Development
Director; Bruce Nordquist, Housing Supervisor; Jack Erskine, Public
Safety Director; Lourdes Sanchez, Community Development
Technician; Pam Bookhout, Rehabilitation Specialist; Steven Kenny,
Intern; Bob Robson, Community Development Technician.
A bus tour was conducted to provide realtors with information about City and Housing
Programs available to the public. Upon return to the Emerson Avenue Congregational Church,
City staff and resource people answered questions regarding Community Development and Public
Safety programs and issues.
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous
