Coordinator; and Julie Urban, Zoning Administrator.
A quorum of the HRA was not present, therefore an HRA meeting was not conducted.
The HRA Members present listened to the presentation and discussion of the guiding
principles for the Lyndale Avenue Strategic Development Plan (HRA Letter No. 57).
