STAFF PRESENT: James Prosser, City Manager; Steven Devich,
Administrative Services Director; and Byron~Wallace,
Community Development Director.
HRA Vice Chair Helmberger stated that a quorum of the HRA was not present,
therefore the HRA could not conduct the business on the May 15, 1995 HRA agenda.
HRA Vice Chair Helmberger announced that the HRA meeting would be
rescheduled to Monday, May 22, 1995 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. She
stated the public hewing regarding the sale of 6318 Nicollet Avenue would be
continued to the May 22, 1995 meeting.
