The meeting was called to order by Chair Harms at 6:30 p.m.
Item #1 CONSIDERATION OF SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY INTEREST IN PHASE I, CSM
SHOPS AT LYNDALE AND NORWEST BANK. HRA LETTER NO. 75
HRA Attorney John Dean reviewed HRA Letter No. 75 and answered
questions regarding consideration of a subordination agreement
between the Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Norwest Bank
regarding HRA interest in Phase I, CSM Shops at Lyndale.
M/Susag, S/Sandahl to approve the Subordination Agreement as
presented by HRA Attorney John Dean between the HRA and Norwest
Bank regarding HRA interest in Phase I, CSM Shoos at Lvndale.
Motion carried 5-0.
