APPROVAL OF MINUTES
M/Ludeman, S/Luettinger to approve the minutes of the
Regular HRA Meeting on November 21, 1988.
Motion carried 4-0.
Item #1 OPPORTUNITY FOR CITIZENS TO ADDRESS THE HRA
No one wished to address the HRA.
Item #2 CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
HRA OWNED, VO-TECH DEVELOPED PROPERTY AT 6614 IRVING
AVENUE AND 6632 FIFTH AVENUE TO QUALIFIED PURCHASERS
HRA LETTER NO. 43
Executive Director Prosser reviewed HRA Letter No. 43
concerning the consideration of a resolution authorizing the sale
of HRA owned, Vo-Tech developed property at 6514 Irving Avenue
and 6632 Fifth Avenue to qualified purchasers.
M/Ludeman, S/Helmberger that.the following resolution be
adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book-and that it be
made part of these minutes:
RESOLUTION NO. 341
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY AT 6514 IRVING AVENUE

Motion carried 4-O. This resolution appears as Resolution
No. 341 in Resolution Book No. 3.
M/Ludeman, S/Helmberger to approve the continuance of the
of the hearing regarding the disposition of 6632 Fifth Avenue
until the January 17, 1989 HRA meeting.

Chairman Harms recommended an ordinance which would place a
twelve month moratorium on the Penn Avenue and 66th Street
project area.
Mr. Harms presented a resolution which recommends that the
City Council consider such a moratorium for the Penn
Avenue/Sixty-Sixth Street (PASSS) Study Area.
M/Harms, S/Luettinger that the following resolution be
adopted as amended; that it be spread in the resolution book and
that it be made part of these minutes:

RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS AND OTHER
APPROVALS IN THE PENN AVENUE SIXTY-SIXTH STREET STUDY AREA
Motion carried 4-0. This resolution appears as Resolution
No. 342 in Resolution Hook No. 3.
Housing and Redevelopment Coordinator Palmborg stated that
the January HRA meeting scheduled for January 16 must be moved to
January 17 (Tuesday). January 16 is the Martin Luther King
holiday.
