Acting Community Development Director Palmborg reviewed HRA
Letter No. 27 recommending the HRA authorize the sale of the
property located at 924 West 66th Street to the Solin family.
M/Luettinger, S/Helmberger to close the public hearing.
M/Ludeman, S/Luettinger that the following resolution be_
adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be
made part of these minutes:

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF
PROPERTY AT 924 WEST 66TH STREET
Motion carried 4-0. This resolution appears as Resolution
No. 288 in Resolution Book No. 3.
