RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RICHFIELD PUBLIC SAFETY/POLICE DEPARTMENT TO
ACCEPT DONATIONS FROM THE LISTED AGENCIES, BUSINESSES AND PRIVATE
INDIVIDUALS FOR DESIGNATED USES
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Safety/Police Division, through its Director,
received checks from the following for Community Engagement:

personal property on terms prescribed by the donor be made by resolution of more than two-
thirds majority of the City Council; and,

WHEREAS, the donated funds will be used towards the designated events sponsored
by Richfield Police.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Public Safety/Chief of
Police will accept the donations to be placed in the accounts as specified.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 9TH day of December,
2025.
