The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 5:36 p.m.
MEMBERS PRESENT:

Fred Wroge.
The City Council excused Council Member Wroge from the January 9, 2006 Special City
Council meeting by unanimous consent.
The City Council conducted interviews of the following applicants for appointment to City
Advisory Boards and Commissions:
