Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
Stuff was called by Sylvia Bergh, City Clerk, who announced that the purpose of
the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, bids for Sanitary Sewer, Water
Main and Appurtentant Work for Housing and Redevelopment Project No. 9556-1580,
Harriet Avenue Utilities Relocation, as advertised in the official newspaper on
July 21 and 28, 1982.

The City Clerk announced that the bids would be tabulated and considered at
a special meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on September 13,
