CITY OF RICHFIELD
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
SPECIAL MEETING
September 13, 1982
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
special session on September 13, 1982 at 6:55 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairperson Joan Helmberger.
Present:--Hassenstab;-Helmberge~r,Ludeman
Absent: Freeman, Harms (arrived at 6:59 p.m.).

Executive Director Nollenberger gave a background report on the awarding of
the contract. Commissioner Hassenstab questioned whether the bads received were
competitive and Mr. Nollenberger replied in the affirmative.
Commissioner Harms arrived at 6:59 p.m.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Hassenstab to accept the bid minutes and
tabulations.
All ayes. - Carried. Absent - Freeman
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Hassenstab that the following resolution be
adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of
these minutes:

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDIrTG
CONTRACT FOR HARRIET AVENUE UTILITY RELOCATION
(G. L. Contracting, Inc. of Hopkins)
Poll of votes: Ayes - Harms, Hassenstab, Helmberger, Ludeman. Nays - None.
Absent - Freeman. Carried. This resolution appears as Resolution No. 208 in
Resolution Book No. 2.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Hassenstab to authorize a change order to
allow the sanitary sewer pipe to be augered past the Lund property.
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Freeman.
