The retreat was called to order by Mayor Mary Supple at 8:00 a.m. held in the Bartholomew Room.

Item #1 MEETINGS WITH APPLICANTS OF THE CITY’S ADVISORY COMMISSIONS
City Council will appoint candidates to fill the open seats for city advisory boards and commissions at the
November 25, 2025 Council meeting. The City Council held meetings with the following applicants for
open seats on city advisory boards and commissions.
