CITY OF RICHFIELD
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Special Meeting - December 28, 1981
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority .at the City of Richfield met in special
session on December 28, 1981 in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:45 p.m.
Chairman Harms called the meeting to order at 6:50 p.m.
Present: Commissioners Collins, Freeman,.. Helmberger, Ludeman, Chairman Harms
Executive Director Noll:enberger presented amendments to the developer's agreement

with the Knutson Companies. City Attorney, Clayton LeFevere described the impact of
the amendments, and indicated that their primary purpose was to provide that the
lender become a party to the agreement. He indicated that the language of the
proposed amendments preserved intact the HRA's status and protections contained
in the original agreement.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Collins to approve the amendments to the

developer's agreement.
All ayes - Carried.
Lawrence Wozniczka, 6744 Wentworth, asked if there was a problem with financing
for the project. He was advised that the amendments were intended to secure the
financing.
Motion by Helmberger, seconded by Freeman-that the meeting adjourn.
All ayes - Carried. Time: 7:00 p.m.
