The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in special
continued session on September 4, 1981 in the conference room of the city hall at
12:00 noon. The purpose of the meeting was to award the bid for construction
of two FHA Section 235 houses.
Chairman Harms called the meeting to order at 12:10 p.m.
Present: Collins, Helmberger, Ludeman, Harms
Absent: Freeman
Executive Director Nollenberger presented the single bid that was received for
construction of two FHA Section 235 houses. This bid was submitted by Lida Con-
struction, Inc. in the amount of $101,568.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Collins that the following resolution be adopted;
that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of these minutes:

AND EXECUTION OF A CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT FOR
FHA SECTION 235 HOUSING
Poll of votes: Ayes - Collins, Helmberger, Ludeman, Harms.. Nays - None. Absent -
Freeman. Carried. This resolution appears as Resolution No. 175 in Resolution Book
No. 2.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Helmberger that the meeting adjourn.
